  • Airports

    • When confirming your reservation, we will charge the card on file in full

    Hourly

    • 50% of the balance is due at time of booking and is non-refundable

    • Remaining balance will be charged to the card on file 30 days prior to the event and is non-refundable

  • Airports

    • Prior to 48 hours of the reservation is 100% refundable

    • Within 48 hours of the reservation is 50% refundable

    • Within 24 hours of the reservation is non-refundable

    Hourly

    • 50% of the balance is due at time of booking and is non-refundable

    • Remaining balance will be charged to the card on file 30 days prior to the event and is non-refundable

  • Alcohol, illicit drugs and smoking (including cigarettes, vapes, cigars, etc.) is prohibited in all vehicles

  • For departure pickups, the driver will wait 15 minutes before marking the reservation a "no show".

    For return pickups, we will wait no longer than one hour. This is due to our strict reservation timeline.

    We understand that flight delays occur. Any wait times at the airport for arriving flights that exceed one hour, the client will be charged additional hour plus gratuities/fees. This will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • If you have a request for a current reservation that needs to be updated/changed, please login to your MOOVS account and request your changes. Once the changes have been approved/denied you will be notified.

  • Clients must accurately complete the luggage portion of the request. Each vehicle has been approved for specific amounts of luggage. If you are traveling with more than you have specified and it is unable to fit in the vehicle, Grande Motor Coach is not responsible for getting the remaining luggage to your destination.

  • All vehicles have been approved for a specific passenger capacity. Clients are strictly prohibited to exceed this capacity number.

  • Complimentary car seats are provided upon request before reservation.

  • Clients are responsible for all personal belongings. Grande Motor Coach is not liable for any damaged or lost baggage.

  • All passengers are required to act in a reasonable and responsible manner and comply with the directives of the driver. The booking client shall be liable to Grande Motor Coach for any damages caused by any of the passengers to the vehicle. Our drivers reserve the right to refuse transportation for anyone excessively under the influence of alcohol or other substances and may also ask a passenger to exit a vehicle if they are unable to comply with the above requirements.

  • A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if the vehicle needs excessive cleaning once returned from the reservation. This will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • There will be a $50 pet fee per animal, per reservation that will be charged to the card on file. Pets are required to be restrained and orderly while being transported.
